The African Speculative Fiction Society has released the Nommo Awards 2024 Finalists.
The Nommo Awards is an annual ceremony that honours works of speculative fiction in four categories: Best Novel, Novella, Short Story, and Graphic Novel.
The African Speculative Fiction Society (ASFS) is a membership organisation of African writers, editors, comic and graphic artists, and filmmakers in the fields of speculative fiction, such as fantasy, science fiction, stories that draw on traditions, horror, and philosophical fiction. The award process usually involves members of the ASFS first nominating works of speculative fiction and later voting for winners.
