Fiction & Non-fiction: 1,000-4,000 words
Poetry: Maximum of 2 poems
Book Review: 2,000 words - Formatting: Double-spaced 12 point font (Times New Roman, Arial, or Garamond)
- No indented paragraphs for fiction especially prose work.
Eligibility Criteria

Author Rights
- Upon acceptance, AKOWDEE MAGAZINE requests first serial rights for the accepted work(s), which revert to the author one month after publication.
- However, should the work be republished elsewhere, they kindly request acknowledgement of AKOWDEE MAGAZINE as the first publisher.
- Authors retain the right to republish their work elsewhere two months after its initial publication with us.
