What's New

Northern Gravy Submissions are Open (Payment: £100)

Northern Gravy Submissions are open for writers of Fiction, Poetry and Kid Lit (writing for Middle Grade and Young Adult audiences).

Northern Gravy is a new, exciting, dynamic organisation dedicated to bringing to light the excellence of new writing. They want to shine a light on the undiscovered, the unknown and the overlooked, and give courage to those who want to try their hand at writing. They also carry that northern work ethic into everything they do, and they believe in good pay for hard work, so they pay their writers. Every quarter, they aim to put out an online periodical showcasing the very best and brightest of new talents, and they want to put you in it.
