Scholarship For Journalism Courses 2016 – 2017 (Worldwide)

Deadline for application: March 24, 2016.

Are you a journalist in the middle of your career? And are you from a developing country? Then you can apply for a scholarship to attend an RNTC course in the Netherlands.

The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) have begun accepting applications for journalism courses at the Radio Nederland Training Centre (RNTC) for the 2016/2017 session. The NFP is fully funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and run by the Netherlands Organization for International Cooperation in Higher Education (NUFFIC).

According to the press release, “Candidates must be from one of these countries: Afghanistan, Mali, Albania, Nepal, Bangladesh, Mozambique, Armenia, Nicaragua, Benin, Myanmar, Bolivia, Pakistan, Bhutan, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Peru, Burundi, Palestinian Territories, Cambodia, Philippines, Colombia, Rwanda, Cuba, Senegal, Djibouti, Somalia, DR Congo, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, South Africa, Egypt, Sudan, Ghana, South Sudan, Eritrea, Surinam, India, Tanzania, Georgia, Thailand, Indonesia, Uganda, Guatemala, Zambia, Kenya, Vietnam, Jordan, Zimbabwe, Yemen and Macedonia.”

NFP fellowships will cover all travel costs, accommodation and the course fees.

Deadline for applications: March 24, 2016. Do not wait until the last moment as the application process requires a lot of time and attention.
